Shipping Policy
At Grunt Line, we process and ship orders carefully to customers within Ireland. This Shipping Policy explains our processing time, shipping area, delivery estimates, order cut-off time, tracking information, and customer support details.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Processing includes order review, payment verification, preparation, packing, and handover to the shipping carrier.
Orders are processed from Monday - Saturday during our business hours: Monday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM Ireland time. Orders placed before the cut-off may begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, estimated delivery typically takes 4-7 business days.
The total estimated delivery time, including order processing and shipping, is usually 5-9 business days.
Shipping Area
We currently ship orders within Ireland only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed clearly during checkout before the order is completed. Any available free shipping offer will also be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipment. Please allow some time for the carrier tracking information to update after the shipment has been handed over.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, high order volume, address verification, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our direct control. If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will help check the shipment status.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Grunt Line is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has already been processed or shipped.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location and with household members, neighbors, or building management. If the package still cannot be located, contact us so we can assist you with the next steps.
